Absolutely love the sign! It’s even better in person! Delivery did take quite a long while but I understand with COVID a lot got delayed. The seller was awesome about staying in touch and giving me updates as well. Worth the wait for me personally!

So excited and happy it's finally here! IT'S PERFECT!!! Took a bit of time for shipping but totally understandable because of covid. I contacted Arty and explained to me how the shipping timelines have been so felt better about the wait time. I really love the material for the actual sign it's like rubber tubes LEDS and acrylic, instead of actual neon glass tubes which can break and be costly for servicing, I think this is way better :)

Good product. Arrived from Russia and took months... beware if ordering from the US. Wish the cable was white, but well made!

Packaging was amazing, Arty did the cable length and adapter we asked for. Super responsive and helpful with any enquiries along the way with delivery. Really happy with the item too and can't wait to mount it on our stairs!
